The Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control, Division of Water, hereby gives notice that a permit application has been received from:

Sandhill Real Estate Investments, LLC of Milton, Sussex County, Delaware, to install a duplex submersible sanitary sewer pump station, and approximately one thousand six hundred and eighteen linear feet (1,618 LF) of six (6) inch diameter sanitary sewer force main and related appurtenances to serve the existing residential subdivision of Vines at Sandhill, located at Harvest Circle, Georgetown, Sussex County, Delaware. The proposed pump station will be located on the west side of residential development. The proposed force main will be installed from the pump station and run northwards along Harvest Circle and discharge into a proposed manhole at the intersection of Harvest Circle and Bodega Drive.

A public hearing concerning the above application will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious request for a hearing is received on or before March 22, 2023. A request for a public hearing shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
