The Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control, Division of Water, hereby gives notice that a permit application has been received from:
Passwaters Farm LLC, of Fairfax, Virginia, to install a submersible duplex sewage pump station and approximately one hundred and thirty five linear feet of four inch (135 LF of 4.0”) forcemain, to serve the Heritage Shores Golf Course Community, located at one Heritage Shore Circle, Bridgeville, Sussex County, Delaware. The pump station is located approximately 250 feet northeast of the intersection of Heritage Shores circle and Champions Drive, Bridgeville, Sussex County, Delaware.

A public hearing concerning the above application will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious request for a hearing is received on or before August 10, 2022. A request for a public hearing shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
