The Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control, Division of Water, hereby gives notice that a permit application for the construction of wastewater conveyance has been received concerning the following:

Mobile Gardens MHP LLC proposes to install approximately three hundred and thirty linear feet (330 LF) of four (4) inch diameter sanitary sewer force main and related appurtenances to serve mobile homes consisting of twenty-six (26) EDUs in Section “C” of the Mobile Gardens mobile home park, located on the south side of Brickyard Road in Seaford, Sussex County, Delaware. The existing pumps, lift station, and controls will be utilized and are located within section “C”, on the south side of Brickyard Road. The proposed sanitary sewer force main will connect the lift station to the proposed manhole within the utility easement on US 13.

A public hearing concerning the above application will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious request for a hearing is received on or before December 27, 2023. A request for a public hearing shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
