The Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control, Division of Water, hereby gives notice that a permit application for the construction of wastewater conveyance has been received concerning the following:
Kent County Levy Court proposes to install approximately two thousand linear feet (2,000 LF) of thirty (30) inch diameter ductile iron force main, gate valves, air release and vacuum manholes and related appurtenances starting on the south side of Rising Sun Road approximately two hundred and seventy-five (275) feet east of the intersection with E. Camden Wyoming Ave. (S.R. 10), proceeding on the west side of S.R. 10 to the U. S. Rt. 13 intersection, heading north approximately eight hundred (800) feet on the east side of Rt. 13 and then heading west across Rt. 13 approximately three hundred (300) feet to the Old North Road intersection located east of Camden in Kent County, Delaware. The purpose of the proposed force main installation is to re-locate existing thirty-inch diameter Kent County force main so it doesn’t interfere with proposed DelDOT construction at the intersection of Rising Sun Road and S.R. 10.
