The Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control, Division of Water, hereby gives notice that a permit application for the construction of wastewater conveyance has been received concerning the following:

Commerce Pursuit Capital, LP proposes to install a duplex submersible grinder sanitary sewer pump station, approximately eight hundred and eighty-eight linear feet (888 LF) of two (2) inch diameter sanitary sewer force main and related appurtenances to serve a proposed assisted living facility located at 6060 Limestone Road in Hockessin New Castle County, Delaware. The proposed force main will discharge to an existing New Castle County gravity manhole on the west side of Limestone Road approximately four hundred (400) feet south of the property.

A public hearing concerning the above application will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious request for a hearing is received on or before September 21, 2022. A request for a public hearing shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
