The Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control, Division of Water, hereby gives notice that a permit application has been received from:
City of Seaford, Delaware, to install a temporary e-One grinder pump station and appurtenances, one thousand, seven hundred and ninety-two linear feet of one and a quarter inch (1,792 LF of 1.25”) forcemain, to serve the Western Sussex Business Campus-Phase 2, located between Ross Station Road and Venture Drive, Seaford, Sussex County, Delaware. The temporary pump station and forcemain will be located with the Western Sussex Business Campus-Phase 2.

A public hearing concerning the above application will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious request for a hearing is received on or before March 22, 2023. A request for a public hearing shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
