Subaqueous Lands Lease and Subaqueous Lands Permit

Laurel Redevelopment Corporation – to repair/replace 150 linear feet of bulkhead by stepping out approximately 12 inches channelward of the existing failing bulkhead in Broad Creek, at Venables Park, west of the Delaware Avenue Bridge, Laurel, Sussex County, DE.

Subaqueous Lands Lease

Delaware Electric Cooperative – Adjacent to 234-7.00-107.00 – to install a 9 inch diameter by 275 foot long electric conduit bundle at 17.3 feet below the existing creek bottom using Horizontal Directional Drilling, located 40 feet Northwest of SR24 Highway Bridge, in Love Creek, Lewes, Sussex County, DE.

Donald and Elizabeth Phillips – to construct a 4 by 225 foot long pier, a 6 by 25 foot long dock, and two (2) boat lifts with four (4) associated pilings each, channelward of mean high water, in Indian River, Oak Orchard, at 33254 Mercer Ave., Millsboro, Sussex County, DE.
