The Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC), Remediation Section (RS) has issued a Statement of Basis (SB) for Corrective Action at the DuPont Experimental Station Facility located in Wilmington, Delaware. This document summarizes DNREC’s proposed recommendations for the DuPont Experimental Station Facility at 200 Powder Mill Road in Wilmington, Delaware.
Documentation has demonstrated that the current permitted Hazardous Waste Storage and Treatment facility units have met closure performance standards. DNREC proposes to continue corrective actions in the form of an environmental covenant per the Uniform Environmental Covenant Act (UECA) at the locations of Areas of Concern (AOCs) at this facility.
