Notice has been given that East Coast Restorations, Inc. located at 114 N. Main Street, Bridgeville has applied to modify their permit (APC-2013/0144-C/O A1) in order to install an additional spray booth in their Auto Body Shop that conducts any or all of the following: collision repair, vehicle painting, paint stripping, or sanding. This Auto Body Shop has a potential to emit less than a combined total of 25 tons per year of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs).

A public hearing on the above application will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending July 6, 2021. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
