Notice has been given that Caliber Collision located at 5825 West Denneys Rd, Dover has applied for a permit (APC-2022/0004-C/O) to operate an Auto Body Shop that conducts any or all of the following: collision repair, vehicle painting, paint stripping, or sanding. This Auto Body Shop has a potential to emit less than a combined total of 25 tons per year of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), and less than a combined total of 25 tons per year of Hazardous Air Pollutants (HAPs).

The application for this permit may be reviewed online via the version of this notice posted at de.gov/dnrecnotices. For additional information or for an appointment to review the application, please contact Tracy Mattson at 739‑9402.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending October 11, 2021. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
