The Department invites public comment on a proposal to clean-up the 837 N. Dupont Highway Site located in Dover. The Site was previously used as an automobile filling station. The remedial action proposed includes an Environmental Covenant which limits groundwater withdrawal and a Contaminated Materials Management Plan for the Site.
