The Department invites public comment on a proposal to clean-up the Stonelake Properties Site (DE-1765) located at 401 South Governors Avenue in Dover. The Site is currently vacant but in the past was used as a gas station.

The proposed remedial actions for the Site include: Environmental Management During Construction- Develop and implement a Contamination Material Management Plan (CMMP); Vapor Mitigation System; Institutional Controls- placement of an environmental covenant limiting groundwater withdrawal and compliance with the CMMP; and Remedial Action Completion Report.
