The Department invites public comment on a proposal to clean-up Riverside Redevelopment (DE-1498) located at 2400 Rosemont Street in Wilmington. The Site was previously maintained as a public park area and is currently vacant.
Riverside Redevelopment will be subject to the following key remedial actions: development and compliance with the Contaminated Materials Management Plan (CMMP) and the recording of an Environmental Covenant restricting groundwater withdrawal and restricting the Property to non-residential use.
