The Department invites public comment on a proposal to clean-up Operable Unit 3 (OU-3) of the Eden Hill Farm Site (DE-1714) located in Dover. OU-3 denotes the soil on a 4.55-acre portion of the approximately 99-acre Site. Between 1937 and 2019, the entire Site was used as farmland.

OU-3 of the Eden Hill Site is not subject to any additional remedial actions. Blending of surface soils was completed as an interim action in a select area within OU-3 to reduce elevated concentrations of arsenic reportedly due to pesticide use during farm operations.
