The Department invites public comment on a proposal to clean-up the 429 South Governors Avenue Site (DE-1792) located at 429 South Governors Avenue in Dover. The Site is currently vacant but in the past was used as dentist office.

The proposed remedial actions for the Site include: Environmental Management During Construction- Develop and implement a Contamination Material Management Plan (CMMP); Vapor Mitigation System; Institutional Controls- placement of an environmental covenant limiting groundwater withdrawal and compliance with the CMMP and (Long-Term Stewardship (LTS) Plan; LTS Plan to monitor air to ensure that vapor migration system is effective and Remedial Action Completion Report.
