Notice is hereby given by the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control that Phoenix Used Clothing Corp. (PUC) has applied for Recycling Permit #SW-23-01 (Permit), issued to PUC to operate a recycling facility located at 132 Sandy Drive in Newark DE.

The request and associated documents are available online at de.gov/dnrecnotices

A public hearing on the above permit modification will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a meritorious request for such a hearing within fifteen (15) days from the date of this notice, ending February 23, 2023. A request for a hearing shall be in writing and shall state the nature of the issues to be raised at the hearing. It must also show a familiarity with the permit application and include a reasoned statement explaining the probable impact of the new permit.
