Request for Reconsideration of Notice of Administrative Penalty Assessment as set forth in Secretary’s Order No. 2024-W-0007

On January 21, 2025, the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC) issued a Notice of Administrative Penalty Assessment against James Thompson and Company, Inc. (“Respondent”), as set forth in Secretary’s Order No. 2024-W-0007. Pursuant to 7 Del. C. §6005(b)(3), the Respondent in this matter has requested an Administrative Hearing for reconsideration of the penalties set forth in said Secretary’s Order.
