Tri Pond Property Owners Association has submitted a renewal application for an Operation Permit for an On-site Wastewater Treatment and Disposal System for the Tri Pond Acres subdivision. The system has been designed to accommodate 2,500 gallons per day of domestic wastewater generated by 7 dwellings. The site is located approximately 1,000 feet from the intersection of Beaver Dam Road and Peppers Corner Road, Sussex County, tax parcel #1-34-15.00-122.00.

A public hearing on the above application will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 15 days from this notice. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
