Sunset Village Camden, LP has submitted an application for a Temporary Holding Tank Permit. The system has been designed to accommodate 14,400 gallons per day of wastewater. The site is located at 124 Tallman Drive, Kent County, tax parcel # 7-02- 103.00-01.00-03.00.

Tidewater Environmental Services, Inc. has submitted a renewal application for an Operation Permit to serve the Bay Front Regional Wastewater Treatment and Disposal Facility. The system has been designed to accommodate 108,000 gallons per day of wastewater. The site is located at 31758 Marsh Island Avenue, Sussex County, tax parcel # 2-34-18.00-24.00.

Tidewater Environmental Services, Inc. has submitted a renewal application for an Operation Permit to serve Harts Landing Development Wastewater Treatment and Disposal Facility. The system has been designed to accommodate 39,150 gallons per day of wastewater. The site is located at 20729 Annondell Drive, Sussex County, tax parcel # 3-34-18.00-02.00.

A public hearing on the above application will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received by August 1, 2022 at 4:30 p.m. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
