Lora and Dale Collins have applied for a permit to construct an on-site wastewater treatment and disposal system on their property located at 35371 Beaver Dam Road near Frankford, DE Sussex County Tax Parcel 134-15.00-135.01 the system will serve as a replacement system for an existing day care facility and will have a design flow rate of 1300 gallons per day.
