The Hazardous Substance Cleanup Act (HSCA), 7 Del. C. § 9107 (a)(1), requires the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC) to provide “public notification within 20 days after entering into negotiations for a voluntary cleanup settlement agreement with any person that agrees to perform a remedy.”
As required by § 9107 (a)(1), DNREC advises that it is negotiating a Voluntary Cleanup Program (VCP) Agreement with Eden IV, LLC, Eden 4DS, LLC, Eden Hill Partners, LLC and Eden Hill SF, LLC regarding those portions of the Eden Hill Farm Site (DE-1714) located at West Dover Connector, 0 Ridgely Blvd, Dover, DE, owned by the above referenced parties. The Site is identified by Kent County as subdivision Eden Hill Farm, kent400.co.kent.de.us/cgi-bin/web018cl?SDCDE1=CORP05&SDCDE2=000169
The Site requires remedial action due to historic activities on site. For Site-specific information, please see DNREC’s Environmental Navigator at www.nav.dnrec.delaware.gov/DEN3.
