Notification of Negotiations Concerning a Voluntary Cleanup Program Agreement for the 425, 431, 433 & 435 Old Airport Road, New Castle, DE (DE-1833)

The Hazardous Substance Cleanup Act (HSCA), 7 Del. C. § 9107 (a)(1), requires the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC) to provide “public notification within 20 days after entering into negotiations for a voluntary cleanup settlement agreement with any person that agrees to perform a remedy.”

As required by § 9107 (a)(1), DNREC advises that it is negotiating a Voluntary Cleanup Program (VCP) Agreement with the 415 Old Airport LLC regarding the 425, 431, 433, and 435 Old Airport Road Site (DE-1833) located at 425, 431, 433, and 435 Old Airport Road, New Castle, DE. The Site is identified as a portion of New Castle County tax parcel number(s) 10-008.00-022, 10-008.00-023, 10-008.00-024, 10-008.00-041.
