Notice is hereby given by the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control that Magnus Environmental has applied for a resource recovery permit to process and manage a maximum of 40 tons per day of end-of-life tires at their facility located at 220 Marsh Lane, New Castle, DE 19720.

The application is available online at dnrec.delaware.gov/dnrec-public-notices/.

A public hearing on the above permit renewal will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a meritorious request for such a hearing within fifteen (15) days from the date of this notice, ending April 5, 2021. A request for a hearing shall be in writing and shall state the nature of the issues to be raised at the hearing. It must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the activity’s probable impact.
