Notice is hereby given by the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control that Iron Mountain Mobile Shred Unit (MSU) has applied for Solid Waste Permit #SW-23-03 (Permit), issued to MSU to operate a solid waste facility in the state of Delaware.

A public hearing on the above permit will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a meritorious request for such a hearing within fifteen (15) days from the date of this notice, ending November 6, 2023. A request for a hearing shall be in writing and shall state the nature of the issues to be raised at the hearing. It must also show a familiarity with the permit application and include a reasoned statement explaining the probable impact of the new permit.
