CZ Farms, LLC has submitted a renewal application for an Operation Permit to serve CZ Farms, LLC facility. The system has been designed to accommodate 1,456 gallons per day of wastewater. The site is located at 3503 Sudlersville Road, Kent County, tax parcel #KH-00-044.00-01.00-08.00.
McMullen Septic Service, Inc. has applied to the Groundwater Discharges Section for a renewal of Non-Hazardous Liquid Waste Transporters Permit DE WH-050 which allows for the transport of septage, holding tank waste, grease trap waste and/or cooking oil waste and activated sludge to be disposed of at the Kent County Sewer System; City of Seaford Wastewater Treatment Plant; Town of Laurel Wastewater Treatment Plant; Clean Delaware, Inc.; Sussex County Wastewater Treatment Plant; and in accordance with State Agriculture Utilization Permit AGU 1909-S-05.

A public hearing on the above application will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 15 days from this notice. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
