TKS Land Group, LLC has submitted an application for a Temporary Holding Tank Permit. The system has been designed to accommodate 30,000 gallons per day of wastewater. The site is located on SR 24, approximately 0.5 miles SW of Oak Orchard Rd, Sussex County, tax parcel #2-34-29.00-66.00, 01 and 02.
Willey & Co., Inc. has applied to the Groundwater Discharges Section for an amendment to their Non-Hazardous Liquid Waste Transporters Permit to include Clean Delaware, Inc. as a disposal site for septage and holding tank waste.

A public hearing on the above application will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 15 days from this notice. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
