The Department has adopted a plan regarding the clean-up of the Former Dover Products Operable Unit 2 (OU-2) Site in Dover, Delaware. Since investigations determined that there is no release in OU-2 to address, DNREC proposes no further action for OU-2.

DNREC issued public notice of the Proposed Plan for the Former Dover Products OU-2 on December 20, 2020. There were no comments or questions from the public regarding the Proposed Plan. Details of the Final Plan are available online at: http://www.nav.dnrec.delaware.gov/DEN3/
