Final Plan of Remedial Action for the 837 N. Dupont Highway Site (DE-1700)

The Department has adopted a plan regarding the clean-up of the 837 N. Dupont Highway Site located in Dover. The Site was previously used as an automobile filling station. The remedial action required includes an Environmental Covenant which limits groundwater withdrawal and a Contaminated Materials Management Plan for the Site.

DNREC issued public notice of the Proposed Plan for the 837 N. Dupont Highway Site on December 13, 2020. There were no comments or questions from the public regarding the Proposed Plan. Details of the Final Plan are online at: www.nav.dnrec.delaware.gov/DEN3/
