The Department has adopted a plan regarding the clean-up of the North Hill Dry Cleaner Site OU-1 located in Wilmington. The Site is a former drycleaning facility. The site requires the submittal and adherence to a Contaminated Materials Management Plan (CMMP) and Long- Term Stewardship Plan as well as the placement of an environmental covenant that will restrict the site’s use and the use of groundwater.

DNREC issued a public notice of the Proposed Plan North Hill Dry Cleaner Site OU-1 on November 30, 2022. There were no comments or questions from the public regarding the Proposed Plan.
