Federal Consistency Determinations have been submitted to the Delaware Coastal Management Program for the following:

DEARNG Smyrna Readiness Center Helicopter Pad Demo (2023.0023)

The Delaware Army National Guard proposes to demolish a helicopter pad (approximately 4,300 sq. ft.) and associated sidewalk (approximately 315 sq. ft.) at the Smyrna Readiness Center, 103 Artisan Dr., Smyrna, DE 19977. The area will become grass.

USCG Station at Indian River Inlet Bulkhead Repairs and Dock Replacement (2023.0026)

The U.S. Coast Guard proposes to repair approximately 1,100 feet of the waterfront bulkhead and replace the north and south floating docks at the Indian River Inlet station. The project will consist of demolishing and replacing the timber fender system, cleaning the sheet pile, providing new concrete caps, providing a cathodic protection system along the bulkhead, and replacing two floating docks and associated piles.

Comments concerning these Federal Consistency Determinations will be accepted for 20 days from the date of this notice.
