Federal Consistency Determinations have been submitted to the Delaware Coastal Management Program for the following:
The Delaware State Housing Authority (DSHA) proposes to use Recovery Housing Program (RHP) funds to acquire and rehabilitate a single-family housing unit on a 17.05-acre parcel at 4973 Boyce Road in Seaford, Sussex County, Delaware (tax map parcel #531-09.00-7.03). The unit will be used as a group home for persons with disabilities. The housing rehabilitation funds will be used mainly for installation of sprinkler systems and for accessibility modifications.

The unit will be used as a group home for persons with disabilities. The housing rehabilitation funds will be used mainly for installation of sprinkler systems and for accessibility modifications.
