Federal Consistency Certifications have been submitted to the Delaware Coastal Management Program for the following: Shelton Dredging Project (2020.104)
The applicant proposes the hydraulic dredging of approximately 200 cubic yards of accumulated sediment in a boat slip in the Lewes and Rehoboth Canal near the intersection of Pilottown Road and New Road in Lewes, DE. Dredged material will be transported via hydraulic pipeline to an existing upland confined disposal area identified as Tax Map Parcel #3-35-4.19-67.00. Comments concerning this Federal Consistency Certification will be accepted for 30 days from the date of this notice.
