Federal Consistency Determinations have been submitted to the Delaware Coastal Management Program for the following: Emergency Rule Vermillion Snapper and Atlantic King Mackerel (2020.0089)
The National Marine Fisheries Service is proposing to use an emergency rule under the Fishery Management Plan for Coastal Migratory Pelagic Resources in the Gulf of Mexico and Atlantic Region to increase the recreational bag limit for Atlantic king mackerel from 3-fish per person to 4-fish per person in federal waters from the New York/Connecticut/Rhode Island boundary to the Georgia/Florida boundary, and from 2-fish per person to 4-fish per person in federal waters from the Georgia/Florida boundary to the Miami-Dade/Monroe County, Florida boundary.
Comments concerning this Federal Consistency Determination will be accepted for 20 days from the date of this notice.
