Federal Consistency Determinations have been submitted to the Delaware Coastal Management Program for the following:
The Battery (2022.0006) — The project sponsor is seeking Federal Housing Administration (FHA) mortgage insurance financing under a FHA 221(d)(4) new construction loan to construct a new multifamily residential complex on 4.37 acres in New Castle, Delaware. The subject property consists of two parcels (Parcel ID Numbers 210400400 and 2101400399) currently developed with a single-story retail building, single-story vacant auto garage, and paved surface parking. The proposed project would include the demolition of the existing buildings and parking areas to accommodate construction of 2 four-story buildings housing a total of 177 proposed dwelling units.
Dolphin Wahoo Amendment 10 (2022.0007) — The NOAA, NMFS proposes to promulgate a new rule to implement Amendment 10 to the Fishery Management Plan for the Dolphin and Wahoo Fishery of the Atlantic (Dolphin Wahoo Amendment 10). Dolphin Wahoo Amendment 10 would revise the catch levels (acceptable biological catch and annual catch limits), sector allocations, accountability measures, and management measures for dolphin and wahoo.
