A Federal Consistency Determination has been submitted to the Delaware Coastal Management Program for the following: NMFS Amendment 34 Coastal Migratory Pelagic Resources (2022.0099)

National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, National Marine Fisheries Service proposes to promulgate regulations to implement Amendment 34 to the Fishery Management Plan for the Coastal Migratory Pelagic Resources of the Gulf of Mexico and Atlantic Region. Amendment 34 would update the Atlantic king mackerel acceptable biological catch, annual catch limits, recreational annual catch targets, and sector allocations based on the most recent stock assessment. Additionally, the amendment would change management measures for Atlantic king mackerel and Atlantic migratory group Spanish mackerel.

Comments concerning this Federal Consistency Determination will be accepted for 20 days from the date of this notice.
