A Federal Consistency Determination has been submitted to the Delaware Coastal Management Program (DCMP) for the following: Kingswood Community Center (2023.0085)

REACH Riverside proposes to utilize U.S. Housing and Urban Development funding to construct an 81,000 square foot community center at 2400 Rosemont Avenue, Wilmington, DE 19802. The new community center would house an early learning academy, multi-purpose community space, commercial kitchen, various fitness related areas, a senior center, offices, conference rooms, and a health resource center. The proposed activity is subject to review for consistency under the policies of the DCMP.

Comments concerning this Federal Consistency Determination will be accepted for 20 days from the date of this notice.
