A Federal Consistency Determination has been submitted to the Delaware Coastal Management Program for the following: HUD Villa Maria (2023.0005)

The Ministry of Caring proposes to utilize Housing and Urban Development funding to construct an affordable housing complex for seniors in the east 1900 and 2000 block of North Market Street in Wilmington, DE 19801. The proposed project includes the demolition of six buildings and adjacent paved parking area and the construction of a two-winged apartment complex with residential units, communal and commercial spaces, a parking lot, and a parking garage beneath the east wing.

Comments concerning this Federal Consistency Determination will be accepted for 20 days from the date of this notice.
