A Federal Consistency Determination has been submitted to the Delaware Coastal Management Program for the following: USDA FSA Grain Storage Facility Seaford (2021.0032)

The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Farm Service Agency proposes to provide two Facility Loans for the construction of a new grain storage facility on a farm west of Seaford, tax map parcel 531-12.00-83.02. The grain storage and handling facility and other necessary equipment would disturb less than 1 acre of currently-fallow cropland.

Comments concerning this Federal Consistency Determination will be accepted for 20 days from the date of this notice.
