Federal consistency determinations have been submitted to the delaware coastal management program for the following: ESNG SR-2 at Red Mill Relocate (2021.0063)

The Eastern Shore Natural Gas (ESNG) Company is proposing to relocate an approximately 1,100 linear-foot section of existing buried natural gas pipeline along Polly Drummond Hill Road and Red Mill Road, in the Newark area of New Castle County, Delaware in coordination with a Delaware Department of Transportation road improvement project. ESNG intends to utilize an approximately 1-acre area as a temporary workspace (TWS) to store equipment and materials. No tree clearing is proposed within the TWS. Comments concerning this Federal Consistency Certification will be accepted for 30 days from the date of this notice.
