A Federal Consistency Certification has been submitted to the Delaware Coastal Management Program for the following: The Village at Pine View (2021.0103)

A-Del Construction Co., Inc. is currently constructing the Village at Pine View residential subdivision in Newark, DE. The Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) has required improvements to the adjacent Frazer Road and Frenchtown Road intersection. In order to construct a turn lane on Frazer Road, impacts to nontidal wetlands are required. Approximately 560 square feet of nontidal wetlands along Frazer Road will be filled in order to construct the turn lane and road shoulder.
