A Federal Consistency Certification has been submitted to the Delaware Coastal Management Program for the following: Osprey Point Marina (2022.0023)
Osprey Point Preserves, LLC proposes to construct a 25-slip commercial marina and kayak launch dock to be located on the eastern shore of Arnell Creek (Tax Map Parcel 334-18.00-83.00) that would be open to the public. The project would include the construction of twin marina piers capable of mooring 25 boats accessed by a single 3-foot-wide pile support over wetlands, an access pier over wetlands to a floating dock used for launching canoes and kayaks, and a riprap stabilized outfall for a stormwater treatment pond.
Comments concerning this Federal Consistency Certification will be accepted for 30 days from the date of this notice.
