Federal Consistency Determinations have been submitted to the Delaware Coastal Management Program for the following: St. Michael’s School and Nursery (2023.0070)
The St. Michael’s School and Nursery proposes to use U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development funds to renovate and expand the school and nursery located at 700 N. Walnut St., Wilmington, DE 19801 including interior and exterior building renovations, improvements to HVAC systems, and expansion of parking. The proposed activity is subject to review for consistency under the policies of the DCMP.
Comments concerning these Federal Consistency Determinations will be accepted for 20 days from the date of this notice.
