A Federal Consistency Certification has been submitted to the Delaware Coastal Management Program for the following: Residences at Riverplace III Seaford (2021.0025)

Residences at River Place, LLC proposes to fill 1,982 square feet of non-tidal wetlands as part of a project to construct two apartment buildings with thirty six units each at The Residences at Riverplace Phase 3, Riverplace Drive, Seaford, Sussex County, Delaware, 19973 (Tax Map Parcels #431-5.00-318.00, 431-5.00- 322.00, 431-5.00-323.00, 431-5.00-323.01 & 431-5.00-324.00). Site construction activities will include the construction of a retaining wall, under-structure parking, required stormwater management facilities, landscaping, utilities, and American Disability Act facilities.
