A Federal Consistency Certification has been submitted to the Delaware Coastal Management Program for the following: Reed Docking Facilities (2021.0089)

The applicant proposes to remove two existing 15-foot by 3-foot fixed piers and to construct a new 39-foot by 4-foot fixed pier with a 6-piling boat lift, including two catwalks, and to construct a 32-foot by 4-foot fixed pier with a 4-piling double PWC lift, including three catwalks, at 201 Anglers Road, Lewes, DE 19958 (Tax Map Parcel #3-35-8.08-10.00).

Comments concerning this Federal Consistency Certification will be accepted for 30 days from the date of this notice.
