A Federal Consistency Certification has been submitted to the Delaware Coastal Management Program for the following: Monarch Glen Subdivision (2023.0008)
FR Land Investment, LLC proposes to construct Monarch Glen residential subdivision, which will result in approximately 2,787 square feet of impacts to two palustrine forested wetlands, 234 square feet of temporary stream impacts, and 115 square feet of permanent stream impacts during activities such as constructing the development entrance, sidewalks, and a culvert, as well as expanding the roadway at Fisher Road, constructing sidewalks, and replacing an existing culvert beneath Fisher Road in the Milton area of Sussex County, Delaware.
