A Federal Consistency Certification has been submitted to the Delaware Coastal Management Program for the following: ESNG Delaware City Project (2021.0055)
The Eastern Shore Natural Gas Company is seeking a Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) authorization for a proposed gas-line expansion/improvement project at an existing compressor station facility located on School House Road, Delaware City, Delaware. The construction activity is limited to previously disturbed areas within an existing yard and includes predominantly above-grade piping installations. There are minor ground disturbances to provide piping support footers and approximately 600-square feet of disturbed area to install electrical and communication conduits. The trenched areas will generally be three (3)-feet deep.
