A Federal Consistency Certification has been submitted to the Delaware Coastal Management Program for the following: ESNG Pipeline Connection Project (2023.0018)

Eastern Shore Natural Gas proposes to use a Federal Energy Regulatory Commission authorization for the installation of a 24-foot-wide stone drive access, stone parking area, one meter and regulator configuration, and a connection to an existing pipeline located in an unincorporated area of northwestern Sussex County, Delaware.

Comments concerning this Federal Consistency Certification will be accepted for 30 days from the date of this notice.
