A Federal Consistency Certification has been submitted to the Delaware Coastal Management Program for the following: ESNG Bridgeville to Canon Replacement (2022.0064)

Eastern Shore Natural Gas Company is proposing to use an authorization from the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission for the replacement of an existing 6″ natural gas pipeline. The project involves 9000 linear feet of 6″ natural gas main located in an unincorporated area near Bridgeville, Sussex County, Delaware. Temporary impacts to agricultural fields will occur adjacent to the existing facility to accommodate construction equipment. Disturbed land will be returned to pre-construction conditions.

Comments concerning this Federal Consistency Certification will be accepted for 30 days from the date of this notice.
