A Federal Consistency Certification has been submitted to the DNREC Delaware Coastal Management Program (DCMP) for the following: Bryan Docking Facility (2024.0003)

Richard Bryan proposes to use a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Individual Permit for the construction of a 10-foot long by 6-foot wide upland landing, a 25-foot long by 3-foot wide gangway, a 10-foot long by 6-foot wide floating pier, and a 50-foot long by 6-foot wide floating dock to moor two boats in the Lewes and Rehoboth Canal at 575 E. Savannah Road, Lewes, Sussex County, DE. The proposed activity is subject to review for consistency under the policies of the DNREC DCMP.
