PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing has been scheduled on Wednesday, October 20, 2021, for the Water Pollution Control Revolving Loan Fund and Drinking Water State Revolving Fund FY 2021 Revised Project Priority Lists, and FY 2021 Revised Intended Use Plans, beginning at 9:00am, via WEBEX. The Council will receive public comment on the proposed documents. Copies of each document will be available for public review at dnrec.delaware.gov/environmental-finance/ beginning on October 20, 2021. The final date for interested persons to submit electronic comments shall be November 19, 2021.
